Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 é mais um jogo da estrondosa série de games de futebol da Konami. O concorrente da série FIFA é caracterizado fortemente pela inovação na inteligência artificial em comparação com os outros títulos da franquia. Goleiros, zagueiros e acoordenação dos atletas virtuais no campo foram os principais alvos da Konami durante o desenvolvimento do game.

A edição 2010 envolve o jogador fortemente com gráficos belíssimos e sons emocionantes. Além disso, a mistura entre simulação e arcade está mais presente do que nunca, visto que a jogabilidade está melhorada e a praticidade dos comandos continua firme e forte.

A Copa dos Campeões da UEFA retorna com todas as suas licenças oficiais. O jogo também conta com sistema online revigorado e algumas melhorias na jogabildiade, como o aprimoramento das cobranças de pênalties.
